Summary
Mount for attaching a DSLR camera to track shelving.
The adjustment rings are for angling the camera up/down depending on the height it's mounted. Those height rings can be skipped if you have a shorter bolt or don't want to fiddle with the angle adjustment.
You'll need a ~3/4" bolt and washer.
