Abstract
We are proud to introduce TUSH - the Ultimate Spool Rack v.2. Previously, I've been using ordinary spool racks, but to be honest, this design isn't particularly convenient because replacing spools is often time-consuming and labor-intensive. Additionally, due to the use of 608 bearings, the wire has a lot of excess length when not under tension, resulting in a much longer actual usable length than expected. Based on these pain points, I've carefully crafted this Ultimate Spool Rack - simple and practical, easy to operate, and
A single spool holder requires printing four components, along with four 608 bearings. It is recommended to choose the most cost-effective model, as these bearings are widely available. This design uses a press-fit installation method. Simply press the bearings gently into the printed components, make a few adjustments, and a fully functional, high-performance ultimate spool holder will be completed! Congratulations! You've successfully acquired this practical and useful product!
Update note: The v.2 version is now available - the overall design is exactly the same as the previous version, with only some minor optimizations. Now, slicing software such as Simplify3D and Slic3r should all be able to perfectly adapt to this model. Cheers!
