Replacement front wheel for Bosch Indego robomower

I have decreased the width of the wheel to have more clearance between the wheel and the wheel holder. This makes removing the grass between those easier.

Included in the files is a ‘print version’ for the axle. This way you can print it with supports only at the spot indicated with green and have a better result. This will also make the axle a bit stronger, but is probably a bit overkill.

I think it's better to print with ‘random seam position’ to have a better centering of the bearing.

You can press the bearing in the shell with the included assembly tool. (never press or hammer on the inside ring to avoid damaging the bearing / the tool will prevent this)

When you assemble the wheel, the axle should turn freely. If not, scrape a bit of remaining support material of the collar between the two bearings.

Install the wheel assembly with the chamfer on the axle facing facing your lawn.

2x bearings 26x10x8 (6000-ZZ / ZZ means metal seal / rubber seal is also fine)

4x DIN562 M4 square nut

4x ISO4762 M4x20 hex socket bolt

4x DIN125 M4 washer

2x self tapping plastic screws (reuse from old wheels)
