This Polestar keychain was designed in two pieces, to be easy to print in different colours and precision (print settings see below). The backplate has indentations for the Polestar and the Polestar lettering is embedded.
Dimensions: keyring hole: Ø4mm backplate: 58 x 63,8 x 1,2 mm Polestar: 44 x 45,2 x 1,6 mm overall height: 2,35mm
The Polestar and the backplate are a clearance-free fit, so you might have to print the Polestar up to 0,1mm smaller depending on your printer and filament.

Values and details in brackets are for the black base plate. I recommend 100% infill or it might look like mine, with the infill pattern showing through.
Print the Polestar badge itself as fine as possible to avoid the layers having clearly visible steps. The backplate does not have to be that precise.
