Summary
Remember to multiply by 25.4. I printed with a Creality CR-10 SE. Settings are 100% infil, and 50 mm/s. Supports connected to bed plate, and a brim for build plate adhesion.
There is a R2 for the coupler. It has a slightly larger hole. I tried to print with a resin printer and the hole was too small on the coupler, so maybe use R2.
