18CZ Storage Solution

This is a set of prints for in-box organization and storage of the 18xx Boardgame 18CZ BGG Link. The tile trays are probably the most useful, but I decided to go completist for this one. The token tray is nice in that it has rounded bottoms, so the tokens are easier to get out. I used OpenSCAD for all the designs.

All the parts will fit on a 180mm x 180mm build space. It's designed for a 0.4mm nozzle and line width. I used PLA for all the pieces.

Tile Trays

• You need 6 to fit all the tiles in this game.
• settings:
  • This piece doesn't have any infill
  • 0.16mm layer height

Token Tray

• 0.16mm layer height

Token Tray Lid

• The model shows this as solid, but for printing I used a trick I saw in a storage container for Terraforming Mars (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3213385).
• settings for honeycomb:
  • 0.28mm layer height, full honeycomb infill, no top or bottom layers

Large Card Holder

• Holds the shares for the 5 large companies and the Large Local railways
• 0.16mm layer height

Medium and Small card Holder

• Holds all the small and medium cards in the game (Locals, certs, trains and player number cards). The honeycomb pattern on this part is part of the design.
• 0.16mm layer height
