this is a 4 x 4 keypad matrix cage for 12mm tac switches with keycaps that are available on Alied Express. These tac switches are very inexpensive, and this little matrix keyswitch cage keeps everything straight. Works well.

I was just going to glue it to the pcboard, but a buddy suggested I add a flange and screw holes to be secured to the pcboard... so i did. but because it prints upside down one must use supports for the countersunk screw area. :)

i also added a taller key cage so the keycaps just barely poke up, very nice look, and no holes as I think it can be glued down to the pcboard easily.... :) I may add a taller one with holes. :)

printed up real nice on my Makerbot Replicator 2 :) printed upside down on a raft, but if printed in ABS on a heated glass plate, i would not do a raft... :)
