You can save some space on the side of the printer with this accesory.

In my prints, the memory of the filament helps enough alignment to the sensor.

Also you can put the native holder inside or outside of the elbow. 

You will need a couple of M5 screws (12mm long) and nuts. The native screws will fit to fix the elbow in place on the printer.
