I scaled the model down to 10% for printing but you may decide you want it larger or smaller this is just for guidance.

Using Solidworks I imported the above image into a sketck then using the image as a guide modelled and extruded the various parts.
I then combined the base and removed the petals and stem from the shield and split the shield into 2 parts to allow printing of the top and bottom in different colours and added the petals and stem back into the design.

Using solidworks I then made an assembly model of the 4 parts and saved as an STL File to ensure this could be recognised as a multi material print and the parts would load in the correct positions when opened.
