This device is made to clean the air in the printer enclosure or when soldering.
You need:
2X 60x60x25 fan
25X M3 threaded (insert shown in photos where to insert)
8X M3x30 bolts 
17X  M3x10 bolts
1X switch 21x15mm size
1X 1Kohm potenciometer
Activated charcoal or filter material, for charcoal you will need some fabric to keep them from spilling over.
Some wires and soldering iron

Solder two fans in series if they are 12V or parallel if 24V, it could be directly connected to the printer's power supply. 

Supports can be used for the bottom part where the switch is inserted.
Do not forget to use cutout models to make air passages.
