Abstract
I originally planned to create a set of Hellsing cosplay costumes for the comic convention, but I accidentally discovered this awesome model designed by ZerekMasters, which looks absolutely flawless.
However, there are some problems with the model, such as an excessive number of polygons and various other minor flaws.
I optimized and repaired the model in OrcaSlicer, and exported it as a .3mf file suitable for the BambuLab A1 printer, as well as an .stl file for use with other models.
I used the standard layer height setting of 0.20mm, but I think it's perfectly feasible to increase the printing tilt appropriately when enabling the "Crazy Mode".
My head shape is rather large, so I think this set of models should easily fit most people's face shapes.
If you encounter any problems during the printing process, feel free to leave a comment and give me your feedback. If I haven't completely forgotten about this post, I'll definitely respond to your questions as soon as possible.
