Summary

I made a thing to put take down and put up a Kuggis box on a high shelf. Prints in two pieces that you bond together. I recommend Acetone bonding with ABS. The hole is sized sch 40 PVC 3/4" I think. So print the two bits, glue them together with the circle hook thingy pointing up and the hole for the pipe pointing down, then get a length of 3/4" PVC pipe as long as you need to reach your shelf and stick it in the hole. It could pretty a pretty tight fit depending on your print tolerances.

NOTE: you probably don't want to put anything crazy heavy in the box. The plastic on the kuggis might not be able to handle it.
