This is a gate wheel that is based loosely on https://www.quikfence.com.au/gate-wheel 's concept of an 'in gate' wheel. If you're in Australia please buy it from them! I also believe that their design will last many, many more years then mine!

To use this design print two each of the Gatewheel and whichever bushing to you need. I've made them for 2x4 wooden, 1.64", and 1.75" gate tubes this far.

Put the 2 bushing halves on the gate and zip tie it nice and tight. Next put the two gate wheel halves on and bolt them together with a 1/4" bolt. I used 1.25" long bolts in the pictures.

There are two version of the wheels and bushings. v2 wheels work with v2 bushings and v3 wheels work with v3 bushings. Can't mix and match.
