Summary
The 9g Servo Popup Frame Mount
This servo mount is similar to my original pop up mount but in this case it combines the Popup feature within a complete assembly which fits into a flush mount glued between adjacent wing ribs and is suitable for deeper pockets.
It is designed around the Towerpro 9g SG90 servo.
As with the original mount, if a servo needs to be replaced, or the servo arm needs to be repositioned then it can be tilted up for access.
The whole assembly fits snugly into the mounting frame and the servo can then be replaced by simply removing the 2, M2 clamp screws, tilting the servo assembly upwards and removing the servo.
The pocket depth can be greater than 12mm but not less.

Build Instructions
Build instructions for the Popup Servo Surface Frame Mount.
There are 2 types of mounting frame, both are made for fitting between adjacent wing ribs and are Fusion 360 files so can be adjusted to fit the gap.
The notched frame is slotted to accept a sub rib in the centre.
The servo mount fits into the recess in the frame so that the assembly can be flush with the wing surface.
Both types of frame give a rigid and lightweight mounting.
Clear out the pivot cross hole in the tilting frame with a 2.1 mm drill and also the corresponding holes in the fixed frame.
The M2 mounting holes should be cleared out with a 1.7 mm drill and the clearance holes with a 2.2 mm drill.
Cut off a 45 mm long piece of 2 mm dia piano wire to act as the pivot.
Assemble both parts to the 2 mm pivot and check that everything works smoothly with a servo mounted on the lugs and clamp both parts together with 2, M2 x 6 washer screws or servo screws.
The Combi Mount is now ready for mounting in the frame.
