A young girl and her family came to me seeking a solution that would allow her to pluck her cello strings. The complication being that the young girl has a prosthetic left forearm with a bow attachment that did not allow her to pluck the cello strings while holding a note with her right hand.

Together we designed a device that would clamp to the bow.

Thread cut into the mount block after printing. A roll pin was added as the axle for the pivot. Some sanding was also required to get the best fit.
