Summary

SHH gate plate and locking plate NEWT2 v3.0

I got shifter and didnt liked how it feels, locking didnt feels right, so i made custom.

Original feel was: stiff in middle, then engaging gear it want pull handle from hand, enged gear dont lock gear well ( low load), so i made more even lock pattern, and dont pull so much handle from hand.

still in progress, locking plate not final version

Gate plate more precise, 0-0.5mm free play, reverse gate different location/

Just one problem, sq shifter dont work if bottom plate attached (axis moved to much down).
