Using filament samples I quickly made these plant pot supports/feet as we needed a few round the garden.

Printed here at 0.25mm with 10% infill PLA.

I'll be making some more, using up various filament leftovers and samples. They can be easily scaled up or down to suit your pots, and the resolution or infill is not critical as this is a very simple object.
