I created this part, as the original broke. Unfortunately the thing is not mine, so I cannot show a picture of it.
I printed it 2 times already. The first version made from PETG worked fine, but with a very hard piece of cheese, the threaded portion on top broke off. The second print was done with Nylon, and seems to hold up so far. Due to the required print orientation, you need something with good layer adhesion. It should probably at least be PETG.

It is designed to be printed with support only on the lower rim. The top overhangs should all be printable as bridges. This however depends on the tuning of your printer. The lower rim, however, definitely needs support, as shown in the screenshot.
