Summary
UPDATE: I did not, apparently, account for the width of the case walls when I placed the cutout for the tripod screw hole, so it is currently off by a few mm. I will fix this and update.
I wanted a little impact protection for my Flir Vue Pro R so I designed this case to be printed in TPU.
This encases the camera and lens in 4mm of flexible material while allowing access to the buttons, the data input and USB ports, the SD card, and the tripod mount. The integral lens hood should not be in the field of view for the 9mm lens on my camera, while still providing a little protection for the lens.

Printed with sainsmart TPU, 35% infill, support everywhere (with 30% support density), printed slow (18mm/s for everything) with just a little retraction (.5 at 30mm/s, z hop when retracted) with travel at 85mm/s to try to reduce strings. Ymmv.
UPDATE: My first draft of this (with thinner walls) printed badly at 20% infill, so for the second version I printed at 35% infill (and 4 top layers) to make sure the top layers would lay down cleanly. This worked great and the case came out well (the one in the pictures) BUT it is stiffer than I would prefer. So IF I printed this again, I would try to do more than 20% but less than 35%. I also would not choose octet infill pattern but something more homogenous, also in an attempt to get it to be a little more flexible.
