I purchased a metal filing cabinet from FB marketplace, and after telling myself that I'd 3D print a replacement for over a year, I finally did, and here it is.

The center distance between the screw holes is 95mm, additional dimensions can be seen in the photos.  I undersized the holes so that my hardware has some material to ‘bite into’, I recommend printing with at least 4 walls to make sure they retain some strength. Additionally I ran the drill in reverse with the screw centered in the hole to generate some heat, then slowly drilled in the screw, this helped avoid cracking the plastic and made for a very secure fit.

Print Settings:

• Material: 
  • PLA (PETG may also be suitable but, PLA is more rigid)
• Strength:
  • Walls: 4 or more
  • Infill: 25%, Gyroid
• Orientation: Flat side down
• All other settings left as default or user preference
• Notes: the screw hole is undersized. I recommend running the screw in reverse to generate heat in the material, and then slowly drive the screw in. This creates a very secure hold without cracking the plastic.
