This door bumper is intended to go on round 20 mm door handles.

Design Aspects

Dimensions of the door handle are not very exact. Therefore the inside is shaped conically, as seen in the section view:

Print instructions

The part shall be printed in flexible filament. On one hand side, this ensures the fit on the door handle. Most importantly it ensures the damping, when the door hits the wall.

I used "KIMYA PE1019TQ" which is not sold anymore. I'm not sure, but I found a website stating, that this should by 92 A shore. 

I decided to print the part with 5% gyroid infill.
