my second iteration of this replacement cap uses a box modifier, so the hinge part prints with 50% grid fill and thicker bottom (4) top (5) and sides (4)
The rest of the lid prints at 20% cubic with Bottom (4) perimeter (2) atop (5).
 

I drilled the socket to remove the pin. after installation, I glued these holes shut again.
