This is a custom wrench made for my colleague. The thing is meant for opening the caps of air tanks in a football "blimp" (i.e. pressurized football training hall).

Printed this with transparent PETG. 70% IF was probably an overkill as the tool feels rock solid and the cap will probably break before the wrench does.
