HES 9600/9400 Rim Strike:

This model can be scaled on the Z to match the space you need to fill. It is modeled at ½" as that was what was required for my application. I wouldn't scale it on the X as the screw holes will not be in the right spot.

Layer Height doesn't matter. I printed it at .32 with a 1mm nozzel.
