The sliding barn door in our Imagine XLS23LDE kept falling off, which apparently is a common issue. It's also quite heavy at almost 50lb or 22KG.
We decided to just take it down, and hang a curtain. I didn't want to remove the existing barn-door track, so I designed a sliding track clip that would fit the track, and accept a simple clip hook, allowing us to use any type of curtain. We found a pair of polyester shower curtains that we stitched together to give a different look front and back, and something that would be somewhat resistant to any moisture.
Also included is a stop with 3D printed bolt, so you can keep the clips from coming off the ends of the track.
The sliding curtain is much lighter and easier to use than the sliding door.
I would recommend printing with PETG, as PLA could possibly warp if your RV gets too warm. I printed at .3mm layer heights, minimal infill, no supports necessary.
The spring clips I got came in a package of 100, so I have more than enough for other uses.
