Product Need 

My sisters kitchen drawers were collapsing when opened too far due to a worn out guide in the metal track.

Solution

Using a guide from a functional drawer, I modeled a guide in Fusion360. A couple of the dimensions could be modified, like the upper round section, due to no constraints in the track for the additional material.

Outcome

I printed a handful and visited my sisters house to install. The guide fit in the track without any friction and was unable to slip out when pulled vertically. I replaced the guides on all work out drawers and they no longer fall when pulled out too far

Print Settings

• Layer Height/Quality: 020" Speed
• Material: PETG (did not test additional materials, all should work)
• Infill: 25% Grid (any infill pattern should work)
