I wanted a quick and easy way to test the tolerances on my printers. Here is an OpenSCAD file that generates a tolerance test with customizable size. If you don't want to mess with OpenSCAD, I have supplied an STL that tests from 0.1 to 0.5mm.

NOTE: by default, Prusaslicer attempts to fill extremely small gaps. Look in Print Settings > Slice Gap Closing Radius. It will need to be set to a smaller value than the smallest gap you want to test. If you have this set wrong, some cylinders will “disappear”!
