Used PrusaSlicer 2.6 alpha 4 to cut and merge the models together. Printed the top cover flat, and the bottom one sideways. See photos for screenshot. Used organic supports to print the upper snap model. 

Dont mind the print quality. I used a wet PETG roll. Should print fine with PLA too.
