The transmembrane domain region of the human PTHR1 was modeled (Tom Gardella) using Swiss-Model and the PDB coordinate file 4k5y of the CRFR1 as a template. The output file was rendered (GratefulFrog) using Pymol and meshlab.

An orignal PDB database file was loaded into Pymol and saved as WRL file. Then, the WRL file was loaded into MeshLab and saved as STL. It was then ready to print!

I printed a copy on a Replicator-2 using ABS and standard settings with raft and support.

I oriented the object with the largest dimension roated to the xy plane.
