Marlin has a option where you can compensate for the skew on your X Y rods. Using a pair of calipers and following the maths on the Marlin Configuration.h file, you can compensate for your hardware misalignments. However, it is recommended that you aim for the best hardware configuration possible. Using software to patch any hardware inaccuracies isn't the solution (maybe sometimes ;))
