A replacement base plate for a cheap generic plunge router, sold under many brand names with different colors. I wanted to make a router table plate based on that, plus, the original part was black and made out of some crappy plastic that consistently left marks on wood.

Screw holes all have assymetrical placement, so it took quite a bit of trial&error to get it to fit. Due to manual measurements on an already worn plate, some dimensions might not be very accurate. Do a test print to check if it will fit your particular machine. I also added pictures of the original machine for a reference

3 files provided: Normal - base model, in STL and STEP formats No holes - just the plate without screw holes, assuming you will drill&countersink them yourself, using the original part as a template Test fit - base model without countersinks on holes, and reduced to 0.35mm thickness for a single layer ~10min test print (takes around 5g of filament)

Printing: any hard material, i used white PETG, 15-20% infill, any layer height. 2 ways to have a smooth wood-side surface:

1. print the model upside down on a smooth print bed (smooth PEI or untextured glass). Requires a well-calibrated machine to get a perfect 1st layer
2. print the model as usual, but enable ironing. I did that, and got a decent result
