This machine bents Filament such you can "weave" filament like on a loom.

Indgredients

• 2 loom_gear
• 2 loom_rolle
• 1 loom_case
• 2 comb
• 24 nails appr 18 mm long
• 8 bearing 14x5x5
• 3 skrews M5x20
• 1 skrew M5x10
• 1 wing skrew M5
• 2 M5 Nut
• 1 Water Bowl
• waterproof gloves
• PET and ABS Filament
• Alu foil
• Flat Iron

Assembly:

• Print all 5 loom parts in ABS!
• print 2 comb in any plastic
• Glue the M5 skrew into loom_gear
• Attach all 8 bearings into the rolle and gears
• install 2 rolle into the lower holes
• install the nails into the 24 holes of the gears
• install the one gear with M5x20 skrew
• install the other gear with M5x10 and M5 wing skrew. the skrews must push tight to each other to conduct force.
• Connect the two combs with a filament strip as shown in the picture

Production:

• Fill the bowl with HOT Water
• Install the PET Filament into the machine. You have to uninstall one gear for that
• Wear the Gloves. Make sure your dont burn yourself. NO WARRANTY!
• Sink the machine inside the Water and rotate the Wing skrew handle and create e.g. 2 Meters of ZIGZAG Filament
• Weave the Filament and assemble theTee cloth(or whatever you want)

optionally: Wrap it into ALU Foil firmly and iron it. Make sure it does not WARP!
