Follow up solution made up to fix the spaghetti mess I made trying to get this Simple LED light bar setup working, Designed to fit 2X 9V batteries and a switch in the housing on the top rail of Ender 3 series printers but rails could be sliced off and the box be used for separate applications.
Print at 30-50% infill, found that it doesn't overly affect strength as the size of the walls are already thin in certain areas but will require normal supports for the housing print, may also require slight scaling up (1-1.5%) depending on material as it is a snug fit with PLA but works as required.
Parts used are a simple cheapo Toggle switch, 2x “i” style 9V connectors wired into the LED light bar posted on my previous print, both print & parts with applicable links listed below.
