Quick thing that I threw together for a friend. He used to use spent shells to measure out black powder for his revolver. I took measurements from wikipedia and designed three spoons for him that contain the same volume of powder as those shells:
7.62 TT
.40 S&W
.38 Special

Should be easy to modify to hearts content.
Outer dia about 10mm to ease scooping and not make the cups to tall, I don't think one should be loading directly from the spoon to the drum especially with this.
