I bought SaintSmart CNC 3018 Pro in big dreams. I planned milling PCB with it. In my first try i didn't get good results. Then i engraved play wood with it. Its little bit good. When i used my machine i saw my Z axis vibrated too much and bearings take off their places. Bearing holes are larger than bearing size. I used some screws for solve this problem but at the milling PCB this fixs not solve my problem.

I redesinged X and Z axis parts and I used my machines own parts for this. No new thing required for this desing.
Note: I broke my machines plastic parts for taking backslash nuts. You can see photos above.
I make some sanding and i use oil based lubricant (WD-40) for fitting bearings to their holes.
PS: This project in work in progress now. I planned design electronic card box. I use height map for leveling PCB surface. So i will add headphone jack for auto leveling probe and on-off switch for spindle later.
I added SolidWorks files for editing.
UPDATE v.1.1
I make a new Z Axis and spindle carriage part which is like original part. No need screw for fitting z axis and spindle carriage. It is one piece. I didn't try it yet.
UPDATE v.1.2
Improved X Axis.
UPDATE v.1.3
- Cronos Maker CNC Control Card v.1.1 based Card Box Designed.
- Emergency Stop Button box added. (28mm arcade button)
- Added 3.5mm Female jack (headphone jack) to box for probe.
UPDATE v.1.4
- Added Case for Woodpecker CNC control card. I didn't test it. But card probably fit to box.
- Added 40mm fan for box cover.
- Circuit diagram added.
