I have probably put too much weight on mine Ikea UTRUSTA Corner base cabinet carousel unit, but it keeps unscrewing and pulled the screw out from the cabinet making it worse. As a workaround I have created this adapter that should keep it in place using five M3x16 screws.

After creating it I have noticed that there is an alternative approach https://www.printables.com/model/357690-swivel-storage-corner-element-ikea-utrusta, but I prefer mine :)
