Customizable Piggy Bank plug.

I needed a piggy bank plug for a piggy bank that was missing it's plug. I tried printing one I found, link below, but it was too small.

Redesigned in OpenScad to be customizable and to fit my needs, the hole size is 30mm, but using the ThingiVerse customizer or OpenScad this can be adjusted.
