My trimmer has a rubber washer that had perished - Dahle only supply a complete new head and I couldn't find a washer that fitted readily. Printed this in TPU and it works well. My Timmer is model 507 but it should fit any that use the 970 head.

Easy to make your own in any software 25mm washer 8mm thick with 14mm center bore.

Print in TPU or other FLEX using the recommended settings for the filament - I used 20% infill to allow abit more flex.
