First a disclaimer:
While I did this model 100% myself, it was inspired by many other designs out there. I offer it 100% free and won't claim any rights for myself. I just wanted to adapt the sizes to my needs and add fillets where I wanted them to be.
Description:
It's a simple but strong holder for cables between 3-4mm in diameter (phone and chargers normal sizes). The distance between each pin is 5mm and the distance between the stoppers is 3mm to avoid the cables getting out, but because it's a bit flexible it should accept 4mm cables.
Files:
I've uploaded a STEP file with 4 different sizes and also the 3 individual elements you can use to make a custom size one yourself (just use any CAD software like Fusion or Plasticity and add as many as you need and join then together).
I also added a 3MF from Bambu Studio but can be used in any other printer too. It's derivated from the STEP file so it should be high resolution meshes.
It includes all the sizes I created, just delete the ones you don't need and print the ones you want.
Filament and Print Settings:
It doesn't require anything special, just a tuned printer and dry filament. It should print great in PLA, PETG, ASA, or whatever other filament you want to use.
Two walls and 15% infill should be enough and anything lower than .20mm layer height should look great. I used 0.16mm on my sample on the pictures above.
Just comment or ask if you have any problem or question about it. If you enjoyed printing and using it, just tell me, I love seeing your prints :)
