Summary
Tent holder on my garden swing broke, and it was no chance to buy a replacement. So I understood I had to print it. My model is based on the model of swing parts created by two other authors, and I am grateful I did not have to recreate all those teeth and wing nuts. Thanks guys!
When printed, it mounted quite tight on the mounting pipe. And due to that I did not use any screw to fix it. I only had to use m4 for mounting the frame of the tent to the plastic half-sleeve. And also I had to use metal M8 screw with M8 nut. Please find appropriate length of the screws.
When mounted, it holds the tent very good and very tight. However when it is windy, there is a risk that it can rotate a bit, but that can be fixed easily by rotating it back by hand. Or you can secure it by a screw.
