When building my robot frame with standard 2020 aluminum extrusion bars, I needed a way to attach boxes and boards to the frame. This part is my solution. It has six mounting holes for the 2020 extrusion using standard M4 2020 bolts, so it will be solidly held in place. And it has 4 mounting holes for attaching wooden boards or boxes. You can use wood screws to attach or bolts if you prefer.

I made sure this part is solid with no infill. It will need supports for the part that wraps around the 2020 extrusion.

Remove the supports and clean up as needed so the part will fit around the extrusion. It shouldn't need much post-printing work.
