This is designed with the Verbatim 16GB “Store 'n' Go” Drive in mind. overall drive exterior is .85inch x  .36in, if you fill all 12 slots they will be very close together and the USB-A holes in this are intended to be slightly tight to start so the drives do not readily fall out.
