After gluing 2 times the damn wheel support (silly design anyway) I have decided to fix it once for all.
So I have printed a new shaft support (the plastic sleeve) and using a piece of 2mm diameter steel wire I have made a new support.
While it may look less "scale" than the original, it's way more solid and it's working very well, I have test it today.

Strangely looking (almost black) they are extremely strong, you will have to use a vice to bend them. As opposed to the usual chinesium alloy regularly used for retracts or legs.

The sleeve will fit easily in the original hall and can be fixed in position with a bit of hot glue or cyano. In my design the plastic sleeve it's always fixed and only the rod inside is moving. I have used the original wheel and added a retainer.
