This is just a small decorative container with a screw on lid. Could be used for pills or small items.

The center is slightly higher so you can spin the box like a top on a flat surface.

Edit: Added a flipped version as an option. It will need fewer supports but my make the outside rougher depending on how smoothly your supports detach.
