Our baby gates have been sitting in the basement for a few years. Now that our baby #2 is getting mobile, we need to hang them back up again. I could not find the hinges for one of the gates so I designed and printed new ones. These need to be fairly strong, so it's pretty beefy with a generous fillet. I used hexes instead of circles for the through holes for a simpler print and more accurate hole size.

Instructions

I printed in ABS with 3 shells, 40% infill, 300 micron step, and then vapor polished for a little extra strength.
