11/5/25 Update
Version 2 added which relocates the fan to allow access to the micro sd card. I don't use a buck converter or relays, so the additional mounts have been removed.
Original Description
Referencing the LAN/USB hub hat case, I used Tinkercad to make new cutouts. It's held in place with two M2 screws.
One USB port is accessible outside, but the other two are inside. I modified where the model meets the right side to allow room for a USB cable to fit over an SKR Mini E3 v3 mainboard. This works well with the blue cable that came with the board. The third port goes over the fan, but I don't personally utilize this port.
I find the Zero 2W handles OctoPrint very well with a camera so long as the processor is uncapped, there aren't too many plugins installed (use free -m to check free/swap usage), and time-lapse is disabled. While the fan is operational, I find the Pi sits around 40-45°C.
