I used a small 4mm woodscrew to mount it though anyone could edit the holes to use another screw up to about 5mm or so roughly I think 

Can't remember settings I used right now as I had to reinstall a lot of software and can't find my backup atm 

Will edit this later if I find it 

I designed it in fusion360 and there is a f3d file attached if anyone wants to modify it
