This is a complete kit for building Y axis of my printer.  All you need to print is:

1x Y_motor_mount
1x Y_idler
1x Y_centerpart
4x Bearing_mount
3x Rodmount_clean
1x Rodmount_optical (I'll add mechanical endstop variant soon)

Other parts:
24x Short M4 screws
12x M4 T-nut
1x Long M4 screw for center part
13x M4 self-locking nut / Normal+locktite
4x Short M3 screws for NEMA17 motor
1x GT2 motor gear
1x GT2 Idler gear
1x GT2 belt clamp
4x LM10UU linear bearings

Everything should fit tight nicely. I would like to mention that my design is not compatible with anything else, so some parts need to be modified in order to work. There is no belt tensioner at the moment, I just use a bit longer screws as you can see on second picture.
