I created this model in Tinkercad after removing all the unwanted pieces (using 3d builder from Windows) from this tool holder by jfusco (thingiverse.com):

I then made it so that you can slide it in the right-side bin cable clip for the Ender 3 V3 KE from this model created by @VadimDanilch_1482605:
