This cap replaces the original one that cracked on my TAL water bottle.

I have a XL with 5 tools, so I made it for multimaterial. There are 2 colors of PETG, a TPU ring that allows the cap to be deformed and slip back into the original holder, and a shim of PLA to serve as custom supports that won't bond to the rim. If this is multimaterial madness for you, then there's a simpler setup - just use water_bottle_cap-thread and water_bottle_cap-Unthreaded_Single_Part and you can have a 2-color PLA or PETG part.

I also exported the entire shape as a single STL file - if you pause the print you could permanently reinsert the original retaining ring, but it may be a tight fit: tape the part down if you try that.
